Another couple mistakes to correct: (for the Nationals)

Aaron Barrett is listed as #33 but is actually #30
Greg Dobbs is listed as #30 but is actually #33
Brian Goodwin is wearing high socks in game but actually wears them down low
Eury Perez is actually #3

Just a suggestion: I think the players should be given what number their MLB profile pages say instead of their minor league numbers. (e.g. Michael Taylor as #68 and Brian Goodwin as #67). I know sometimes they're just fill in numbers, so it might not always be the best idea -- but, for players like Eury Perez who have already have already seen some MLB action and have *real* numbers, like #3, that should be corrected. Still, good job on these!

Rougned Odor wears #73 and that's his # in the majors...

Re: MLB 14 The Show OSFM Hybrid Roster - V1 Release

Judging by the few sims that authentic ran...we're still looking at low OBP's and BA's

Would globally nerfing the H/9 help alleviate this?

I did a rough calculation based on league leaders, and to bring them up to somewhere near their projected numbers...we're only about 7.5-8.5% low. Would taking the H/9 of pitchers by that same percentage help to bring league BA's up? Have you guys tried this?

I ran about 20 sims today and moved up 10 pts on contact L and R for about 25 of the top players. It doesnt help alot but it does help in the sims, not sure how it will be when you play those teams and they mash on you! I was getting more like 7-8 .300+ hitters. Still saw very low RBI numbers tho, so im not sure what causes this other than the sim itself! Some season Miggy and Cutch would hit like .260-.270, another time Miggy hit .351 and Cutch hit .331! It really fluctuates alot!

The thing about that is, it doesn't matter if you get hammered in actual games because then we can mess with sliders. If we messed with the H/9 rating we could commensurately adjust the CPU/Human contact sliders to compensate.

Would it work? Hell, I don't know.

But if the entire aim of this roster was to give realistic stats and gameplay...we've gotta do what we can (or figure out that the sim engine makes this all have no effect, and give up).
