I've heard that EA inked Subban to a deal for the cover a while back and the vote is just a marketing tool with no actual impact. Wouldn't find it even remotely difficult to believe that after doing my undergrad studies in PR.

Because this cover voting is taking so much time from game development man, like taking hours and days and weeks from game development it's insane...
