You should expect it as much as anyone else expects it. It's not 2K's fault; they submitted it in time. It's up to Sony and Microsoft now, they are the ones we should complain about.

Not complaining I'm genuinely curious as to why a submitted patch takes longer than 7 days to approve... Is it a legal thing or do they have to go through the code changes line by line?

I would love to wait for the patch and see how much the game is improved. However, with that triple trade credit deal Target has going on, I'm not sure if it's worth the wait.
