You have to do it through the Online store (PC version) it seems

Clicking download form the PS Store on the PS4 doesnt do anything. Most of us had to go to the store from the PC and do it from there.

worked just fine for me from my ps4. went to the store and the download button appeared.

I was able to get it right from the PS4, like any other game. Just scrolled to The Show and the Download Button was there.
