See, that's the thing. How can I provide proof? Proof of what? I'm not making a claim of any sort or attempting to prove anything. I'm saying the multitude of people who are posting their attempts to "calm down" "angry" people are misguided and wasting their time.

I guess it is common sense to me, but literally you call... say "I am not happy, this is unacceptable" and explain to them why. They know already, trust me. Other likewise unhappy fellas have called in to "politely" ask for their money back. And they will say "I am sorry for the inconvenience sir, we will get the refund to you ASAP".

Boom! I almost had to talk for 5 whole minutes!
