I agree about suing being ridiculous, but 2 hours past when they said is not acceptable. If it is PST, say that from the start. Don't say EST and then put it out far past the time. I was fine when it may have been 12:30. But now that I am sitting here 2 hours later, I'm quite pissed off.

Yep and people overseas Like myself would rather a delay for a few hours then wait a few days for it to come in the mail.

sports games are the only games I will really go digital for because they beocme nothing after a year to remove from HD
