There could be a legit reason the preload wasnt an option. Its time to stop talking about that.

Exactly, the system update probably came out too close to the release of this game. I'm sure if they couldve done it, they wouldve

l1vingston said around 30 mins or so. Said it should have been up by now and that someone at Sony made a mistake.
