The thread title states it will be available at 12:01 EST. But since we are in daylight savings time, it is currently 12:45 EDT, but only 11:45 EST.

Sony lost me as a pre order digital consumer. (I think being able to download games already out, if you're out and about is a cool idea), but waiting like this for a pre order day 1? yeah, no bueno.

Yep, this is the first pre-order digital for me as well. Sure as heck, not doing it again. Only did it because I had $60.00 in my PSN wallet from a Christmas gift I received.

There really is very little incentive to go digital at this point.
