Certainly, but in the same regard you must be held accountable for the promises you make especially in retail. Its not as if they are rushing to get it to work for the first time right now. This has been in the works for weeks and then simply dropped the ball.

If you can't make your product available at the date and time promised, then don't advertise it as such. I don't care how hard it is to perform. Don't say it's available at 12:01 if it's not.
