As someone who works in IT, I feel that 95% of everyday people have no idea how complicated something like this is. A distribution of software on this large of a scale takes an incredible amount of resources.

But seriously, it may or may not be a big deal at SCEA, and for all we know, the person or persons in charge of the launch may be cleaning out their cubicles right now.

Let's remember, it's only been 30 minutes, it's not a big deal, and things like this happen ALL THE TIME. Ask for your money back if you are that upset.
