1) Yes you can use it in RttS. Just select to start a new Road to the Show with saved rosters and select the OSFM file the same as you would in Franchise mode. And yes, this would mean that your player will start out along side real minor leaguers.

2) I've never done a fantasy draft with or without these rosters, but I do not see why they would cause any major issues. I would say that they will work just fine for a fantasy draft.

How do you download these and certain players that weren't in there that others have made and put them together
