They cost $14.99 but obviously with the pre-order they are free. I didn't have too much of a hard time putting mine on. The only struggle I had was with the handle portion of the skin. Had to keep taking it off to get it right. The adhesive is very sticky but too much putting on and taking off does seem to lessen it just a bit.

I would of rather received the controller skins then the in game currency but my store credit was with gamestop so that is where i made the pre-order.
