I would love to see an independent studio take a stab at one of the traditional sports using the TGG model. It's absolutely wonderful to see a community come together and rally around a game, in a one-on-one relationship (no middleman Publisher). It's very common in the PC realm, where Steam even has it's own workshop. It's something sorely missing in the sports genre, which is about the only genre left where it's uncommon.

There's no better way to keep your game alive, relevant and fresh than to implement and support customization and mods.

OOTP, TEW, this and hopefully Pro Wrestling X gives me high hopes for sports games on the platform. Customization is king and you can tell they are real labours of love not some 7,000 employee factory like Ubisoft or EA.

Looks like I will be joining you gents in couple days. Payday is right around the corner this Friday, so I'm going to scoop it up this weekend! I have not touched my PS4 in like a month now lol. I've been completely hooked back on PC games! Give me The Show and a football title on PC, I would then sell my PS4.

Sweet glad you liked it. The guys at HB forums seem to hate the greens and have rated me poorly for such.

The idea is instead of a hard layout, the greens make you really think about the approach and what you'll have left to putt for. Sometimes going righ at the pin is a bad idea since some feature huge downhill putts if you get behind the flag too much.

My newest course Old Lakes Resort should be out maybe this weekend! It's a heck of a lot easier and features tons of lakes!

So, since the Steam version is going to be $34.99 tomorrow, I wonder if that is a clue that the console version is going to be around $35 as well? It will really suck if they charge PS4/XB1 folks $59.99 but Steam gets it for $35. Finances are tight these day so I don't pay $60 for games anymore; I use GameFly for most or just wait until the price drops.

Developers have said they are still working on that. The plan is similar to around that but I wouldn't be surprised to see $39.99-49.99 on consoles.

Yeah, the PS4 controller should naturally work with the PC like the 360/XBOne controllers do.
