On the PS3 the mode seems great so far. Its sad because I feel like everyones going to have it on PS4. Nonetheless Im very excited that I can now make a legends/current fantasy draft possible!

In short...

In Online the minors are not playable. You cannot adjust minor league rotations or lineups and they do not accrue stats. The off season is slightly different. Much more linear with set tasks to complete.

Online has better contract, trade and lineup logic. More stats are accumulated and stored in online as well.

so we cant see promote a player "based" on his minors stats in online?

Even so, i guess you recommend going with online for the best franchise experience no?

You promote players based on overall.

I'm not going online. Simming takes too long and I don't like to be dependent on playing a franchise online.

I also prefer the offseason offline. To each there own. People have the choice now of what fits their needs. Both are great choices and you can't go wrong with either.

If people really had a choice, there wouldn't be features in the online version that aren't in the offline.

So if a major league player gets hurt and you bring up someone from say AAA, you can't adjust the rotation/lineup to compensate for the player you promoted?

No stats for minor leaguers? How would their progress be known, just at end of season?
