Wow!!! If you don't like to play on line (humans) that's cool, but myself and a lot of other gamers like that uncertainty of what the other player is thinking and essentially playing a gm of chess with a person. I'm sure you could come up with a thousand reasons to not play on line and i or anyone else could come up with a thousand reasons why we do. On line/ off line is something that will never be agreed upon, so as the saying goes agree to disagree and move on.
Dam 200 average that's bad i wouldn't play on line either!!!!

That's not his complaint though, he may like online, but he is trying to explain that he doesn't like A) the uncertainty with an always online franchise and B) the net code not being great. I don't disagree with him, but he is really hyperbolizing it. That is my issue with what he has posted.

He is not wrong, but his experience pertains to his experience. Not everyone's.

If that's what you do on line guess before the pitch it's no wonder you struggle on line, hitting is about looking for your pitch and your location if it's not what you want lay off. Alot of people just go up there hacking away then complain the gm is not right . No pitcher will ever throw a free swinger any thing gd to hit!!

I understand that but on line is just like a lot of other stuff, like your cell phone you hit dead spots but that doesn't stop you from using it. Your cable goes out sometimes, do you stop watching it? You can't let what might, or could happen to the net limit your experience playing what we all hope is a great game on line. That's my point

Its not just that, PSN goes down for maintenance often. Its not a huge deal, but if that happens you can't play your franchise that night. That could be frustrating, especially if you don't have a lot fo time to play. Your own internet could go down, or your router could break. I've gone through multiple routers and have no wifi for days while I get a new one.

Its a legitamate concern, but not as big as Perfect Zero is making it out to be. Think about every other game ever. Think about a game like Titanfall, Xbox Live was having major issues when it came out and will go down again in the future, either due to maintenance or malfunction, during that time Titanfall is unplayable. That sucks, but its part of online gaming. Its something that Perfect Zero just needs to accept as being part of taking franchise online. If it is going to involve multiple users you can't have multiple save files or else everyone in the league would need to sync their file every time someone changes anything.

Its why there needs to be parity between the modes, if they are both being called Franchise. The difference between online and offline should be multiplayer (and internet required features) or single player. If that was the case there wouldn't be as many issues with the changes.
