MLB 14 The Show Fact Sheet (PS Vita, PS3, PS4)

The more I go through the list the more I see new things that excite me. The fact that we can now model our RTTS player after an MLB player is awesome, and the Topps Amateur Showcase sounds amazing. Just wish we could get some clarification on the online/offline franchise features, that's going to be huge for me.

Its exactly what he was saying. Before pickoff=you control, after pickoff is initiated=player ratings.

I've been playing around with pickoffs lately trying to get picked off and once you are leaning there really is no manual return once the pitcher makes his move to first.

When in the stretch do pitchers now look over at the base runners sometimes before throwing the pitch? It's a small thing but would add to the realism of the game

I'm hoping this is fixed too. I noticed they were still the same on the ps3 trailor but I'm really hoping they get it fixed on the ps4. For anyone who plays with a team with no names on the back of the jersey I'm sure this is a big deal. It just doesn't look right where the numbers are.

Hopefully a dev, maybe Mr. Russell can give us a hint to what we can expect this year.

Yes, and it is user controlled too. The most awesome thing is that your pitcher actually turns his head towards the baserunner(s)! The mechanic for this is very well done.
