Are the improvements for online franchise also applicable to offline franchises (better player generation, stats, and trade, contract, and lineup logic)?

25 man rosters for single A would be sweet, and if you cant actually play with the single A teams, it would be cool if the players had simulated stats.

Sounds great. I'm not sure if I can wait for the PS4 version, but those features for it sound awesome as well.
