Uhh, they weren't in the game. Whether we feel they should have been in, which some people would honestly say they did, they weren't. Now they are, simple.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those features were taken out of franchise mode because they were completely pointless and served no real purpose.

If we buy the PS3 version April 1 and start a franchise will we be able to carry that over to the PS4 version in May? And will we still have to pay full price for PS4 if we already have PS3 version? Like NBA 2K14 was $10 on PS4 if you already had PS3 version

Because every developer has a different assignment. They dont all work on the same things.

Just like any other job. Everyone has a specialty.

He doesn't work on that portion of the game. The dev team is broken up into different areas that work on different parts of the game.

Could be several reasons. He could be working on another part of the game. You could ask me about my job and I don't know what the engineers are doing.
