Re: EA Sports Confirms 2014 FIFA World Cup in Development

Men in Blazers podcast last week was dropping mad hints on new promos for the upcoming World Cup game.

Re: EA Sports Confirms 2014 FIFA World Cup in Development

I'm still undecided about if I should get FIFA13 or 14, but if FIFA14 has world cup DLC in it....I'm for sure getting 14.

Though I also wonder if FFA14 does have WC DLC in it, if they'll sell it at some sort of combo discount in stores in the future(like you buy FIFA14 and get the DLC free,if you pay $70($50 for game,$20 for DLC,but DLC by itself is $30 or something)

If it's not DLC, then I wont be buying it. I can already play as a smaller country in FIFA 14 in my manager mode to try and make it to the world cup

Take it with a grain of salt if you want since it was said from a player instead of EA but FIFA World Cup might be a standalone game after all.

I hope so. I'll be pissed if it's DLC

The way they were talking about it on the Men in Blazers podcast, it sounds like a standalone game.

Announcements up on OS today. Standalone for 360/PS3 only.

Sounds like (from Twitter) that it will be FUT content for PS4/Xbox One (only certain things):
