All the scheduled DLC is free with it. the only things you'd have to pay for separately are Warrior and Biker Taker (as they were preorder bonuses and not scheduled DLC).

Last one. All the content that was already on the disc/download has been released.

DLC these days are just tiny little files that unlock content that was created pre-release and already in the game.
