not in ranked games, but if a wanna play my friends online, there should be an option to play with injuries off.

Here's an idea, make 15 player slots, 13 active players and 2 reserve spots. Put injuried players in the reserve spots. Don't injure them just put them in the spot. They won't be able to be used on on-line but regular game mode and quick games they work, give us the option to leave in reserve spot or not.
