You are right 0 ducks! No argument there!
But how many ducks had NBA 2K made? 0 also. I know you said you don't like NBA 2K, and honestly I don't play it every year, its usually something to hold me over until MLB starts getting closer. But it IS a great sports game, and the GM mode was RUINED this year because you always had to have an internet connection so that they could always make our micro transactions because EVERYTHING had to be purchased through their servers keeping track of your VC. There were literally people who couldn't play a game for a week just because their internet would not connect with the 2K servers. And you cannot play your dynasty or ANY OTHER MODE unless you were connected to their servers. All of this was because of there using "Virtual Currency" for every thing.

Your right SCEA is not 2K. There are just some jumpy people out there. They are not saying the sky is falling, they are just a little gun shy.

Also, you and everyone else here is absolutely right to say that we know nothing for sure right now, so what is the point of worrying?

And I wouldn't be worried at all if I hadn't seen first had what happened to 2K.
And thats why I keep saying that as long as they don't take it as far as 2K did, it should be fine.
Because IT SHOULD be FINE! As long as they don't push it too far.

I still have every intention of dropping an extra $100 bucks on a few RTTS players. I have been waiting for the PS4 version of this game for years!!!!
I'm just praying that they don't make the game unplayable, by taking it too far. That is all I'm trying to say.

Re: 'Universal Currency' Coming to MLB 14 The Show

Im sorry, but I hate the 2K vs SCEA references.
Maybe NBA 2K had 0 Ducks, but MLB2K sure had a bunch. About 7 years worth!

And worrying about SCEA because 2K F'd up is like blaming Coke because Pepsi sucks!

I just dont see the rationale there.

Whatever. The point is that all these people (and Im not pointing fingers) but all these people are getting all in a tiff and SCEA hasnt even said word one yet. All because some (IMO) "Gamer Hack" posted an article making everyone freak out.
Pasta Padre needs to be put in his place and I wish someone would do it.
I would if I knew how. He is wrong more often than he is right and he has burned any bridges he had with SCEA and its probably why hes causing such havok right now. He does it for the site hits. Plain and simple and by the off chance hes right, he can come out and say "I told you so".

Hes A Freakin Hack!

I saw "Grill Master" and thought you meant you were a "Certified Grill Master" at Red Lobster, like the main Chef. I was just trying to say "Hi" because I am also a Certified Grill Master.
Anyway, didn't mean to upset you.

I get it, and it IS getting old. I'm not going to lie, I will buy it, and play it either way, because I love it.
Honestly, I think people are worrying about it so much because there really isn't that much else out there right now. I just wish it was March or April or whenever it comes out. Because I can't stand waiting anymore LOL!

OK LOL 'Cuz I was kinda like "Damn?"
Anyway its cool, I think that maybe when I type, I just try to get to the point of what I am saying, and maybe it comes off as "cold" or "attitude", that other guy was saying I had an attitude towards every one, when I went are re read some stuff, and used a different tone than the one I extended, I can see where it might be interpreted as that.
just know that I AM a pretty nice guy, and if you knew me personally, you would know that I'm not a jerk.

Like I said.... this happens every year right about this time. Everyone gets all amped up looking for the littlest table scraps they can find.

Hell, for all we know, maybe Sony is going to implement the use of CDs on the PS4 and SCEA is frantically rushing to put SOTS back into the game.

Who knows, The fact is we DONT know and until they release their Dev Blogs.... We WONT know.

Anyway, time to hit the sack. Sorry for bustin your balls.
Dont take things to personally here. The internet affords humans big egos and even bigger keyboard muscles!
