NBA 2K14 Patch Available Now For PS4 - Post Your Impressions

So I actually got to spend some quality time with the game after the patch.... I think it broke the game more! Never had any issues before the patch (never played the park) but now after..... I can't select anything but the default home team uni in quick play. Sound in the arena is terrible....... Fix it 2k please fix it!!!!

Is it just me or does anyone else hate the animation after blocks. Everytime you get a block or attempt a block your player goes into some sluggish uniteruptible animation that takes them right out of the play. It is driving me crazy. This is not realistic at all. I mean I get a block and because I go into this animation the person I just blocked gets the ball and puts it right back in. I mean it is terrible and hindering the game for me. You don't want the player to be able to react instantly after a block, but the animations after blocks are too long and take recovery control after block attempts away from the user completely.

Here is an example of what I am talking about. There should be a stumble by Nicholson after the block but it is entirely too long, and he turns his head and completely removes himself from the play.

Yeah that's very annoying but I also hate the awareness of my CPU teammates when it comes to the ball. They don't grab or do anything, very frustrating as they just look at the ball but don't attempt to grab it.

I just read that the Patch was already included into the release day patch, so we should have it.

This is one of my beefs too in the game. I don't mind the animation after the block, but there has to be the same animation to the offensive player.

That block animation is horrible. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Yeah, it is the script. It won't go away, but the script is preceeded by you running over a teammate. That's how you know that you're gonna be taken to that scene. When you notice your player randomly run through some dude, just start hammering X, because you'll send the command before the choice prompt comes up. That prompt was the crash point.
