When I put my disc in this morning a pop up appeared and said install. I already had the game installed so I assumed that was the update?

I can't even make a new my career without it kicking me out n then I deleted my files n they reappear and the newest one doesn't exist Idk what to do

Downloaded patch: my career still won't load.

The mycareer loading screen will boot up and after a few seconds it just goes to the dashboard.

I have $20 in vc. They need to fix the problem without me losing what I put in and if I have to restart I expect a reimbursement for my wasted vc.

Shame cause this is the first time I've ever enjoyed my player and I can't even play it.

After this patch I'm missing wide open layups. WTF 2k???

i am now just stuck in a loading loop everytime i load my save...old saves that ive already deleted were appearing too.

this patch made it worse for me actually.

smh -- EVERY year it's always some BS with 2k.

ditto for me as well. It says I need to delete a file in order to start a new one, so I delete them all and try to start a new file and I get kicked to the home screen.

I go back into "manage files" and all the files I deleted are still there, and I go into a reoccurring loop. YAYAYAYAY.

I'm on the phone with 2K support now, if they give me a fix to try I'll post it on here.

same issues with mycareer as well.
But please do, this game is now unplayable for me.
