Re: FIFA 14 Next-Gen Gameplay Video - Milan vs. Arsenal

Plays no different than current gen, I understand that all they're gonna do for their first iteration of next gen is update the appearance.

I'll pass till their second year, next gen effort.

The Show and NBA 2K14 will be the only two initial sports games I buy for PS4.

I was really looking forward to FIFA, shame that what it's showing me doesn't warrant a purchase.

I just played this game on a kiosk in gamestop. Wow was it impressive. This video certainly does not do it justice. Go play it then decide.

I am a complete soccer noob...but I got a good 45 mins of this game on the next gen PS4 kiosk and for a non soccer fan, I liked it a lot...

Of course me being impressed could be skewed by the fact that I don't know soccer....at all

Cloth physics are exactly like current gen.
I'm sure it will be a good game but with how impressive the likes of NBA 2K & Forza have looked EA haven't done a great deal it seems to differentiate the current & next gen versions.

Glad it's not just me but that didn't look very Next Gen to me. Hate when the game is on a faster speed because it makes things look even worse. Wasn't impressed, i'll pass this year and maybe see who comes back better next year.

I thought the cloth physics were pretty hit & miss. They looked horrible when the players were walking out to the pitch but the cut-scene before the kick-off looked pretty realistic.
