NBA 2K14 Gameplay Video for PlayStation 4

Not good enough in quality to really gauge the graphical improvements, but Noah stripped Lamb as if he were Chris Paul. Twice. Other than that, I didn't really see anything worth noting. One week away and I'm anticipating this.

I'm not a 2k fan at all, but I'm getting this. I wish I would have reserverd me a PS4 instead of the xbone. DAMN, I want this game next week.

On a scale of 1 to 10, this gives me a hype level of 5. I'm sure seeing the visuals in person would change that, but man, it sure LOOKS like a typical 2k basketball game. Passing seems goofy and last-gen-ish. The movement looks sluggish... I know I probably have to feel it to judge this, but player movement isn't appealing to me.

Gotta say, some of the jumpers look really nice.

Something that's always bothered me about 2K games are when players going into animations of full on chest passes or overhead/baseball passes to a teammate that's only a few feet away or less. I'm still seeing that here, which is unfortunate.

Still, overall I think they've done a tremendous job with this...they could have very well just phoned this one in and released a higher-res/slightly updated version of current gen like some other companies are doing with their sports titles, but they didn't. Some real significant effort clearly went into this, so some definite appreciation here for that.
