I didn't know real GMs chose a path when they first took office and gained special abilities in that category. Maybe that's how Billy King signed Kirilenko. Kirilenko was going to say no and take the option year in Minnesota but then King flashed his Emotional Intelligence Upgrades.

I'd much rather play the game with the same rule set than get magical discounts on some category.

I'm pretty sure the upgrades are there to simulate the diverse natural skills that GM may have. For instance there are some people that have a natural ability to relate to others and this can equate to being better at talking to players or to the owner.

I just don't understand why they added in this "level up" stuff? If I'm the GM I should be able to change the prices as much as I want!


Seems like just another way for them to get us to buy VC. And this mode looked extremely promising too......

Well good job messing up a possibly good thing 2k...wasn't a fan already of the my player being included but now the VC in the mode just gives me a totally different feel for this I really hope there are turn off options in this mode.
