I've seen it asked like 10x between this thread and the other thread, but no one knows if the CFM has to be restarted to implement the patch.

What I don't understand is they didn't change the player position and attributes option that would allow for in season changes. Yet many ppl asked fir it to be back. Smh. Does t make sense. They incorporate schemes but not position changes. I'm confused.

You've always had to restart CFM when a patch dropped in past games, not sure if they fixed it for this one. Would be nice, but doubtful. So yes, you'd have to restart CFM once downloaded the patch.

this whole restarting cfm's seems to be an important enough question to be addressed.

would a restart also be required for a online cfm, or is that all done server side?

Actually most games we never had to, i believe last year we didnt either
