They should really release a video, that Gamespot video quality is horrendous and is doing more harm than good on other forums.

As a mostly offline player myself, I hope the MyGm info is just the tip of the iceberg. I would camp out at walmart the night of release if the guys at 2k found a way to implement the following in to the Next Gen NBA 2k14. I know i continue to nag about this but honestly I'm not budging from my stance....still respect you guys work.

I definitely wouldn't want to participate in that. Basketball isn't quite as easy as restricting how and when you can go for it on 4th down, or abiding a certain formation...

How about gameplay logic that more readily penalizes bad shot selection and rewards good selection. They have a rating system yet many times it does not equate to how the players perform and it is very frustrating. Their dice roll system is ridiculous. As far as cheese, there are many games in which realistic play can match or even overtake cheese. I was ranked 3rd in the world (xbox) on fight night round 4 while also winning EA's peoples champion tournament and was ranked 7th in fight night champion before they patched cheese into the game. In that game there were players that tried to cheese but the gameplay allowed for you to use real tactics to overcome it. Once patched a specific type of cheese was much more effective than any real tactic and therefore I completely stopped playing the series. I now play fifa strictly online and have been a beast since fifa 12 playing a slower possession and skillmove style that almost always destroys the turbo and pressure cheesers. It is possible, the developers just have to approach the gameplay with that in mind. There is a legion of us out there that can not have fun playing against a computer.

When they say 40 hours of gameplay in your first season i don't understand...that seems like nothing

or are we going to be playing like Scalabrine 30 seconds every 5 games

Yeah the real life players look great but we'll probably end up looking like crap

i know there's time but if it was good they would have shown it already IMO anyway
