no warm ups for bench players? no biggie. like your gonna be worried about them not physically taking them off at the scorers table. or even them disappearing upon substitutions.

They didn't "remove" association, they just changed the name and disallowed multi team control. I'm honestly not worried, with the way they're touting this mode I feel like the CPU AI will be MUCH improved in this mode.

My only gripe with the mode is that you can't play with multiple teams and because of this I can't play with my friends at home. But if there is still some type of online association then I suppose it wouldn't be too bad.
