I am talking about the team as a whole. And you know this. But I'm sure you knew that. The team has little experience, but you can convince yourself otherwise if you choose. The engineers, artists, and designers.

You made it sound like they've never worked on a basketball game before. Little experience? Did you read what I just posted? The principal people working on the game have lots of experience combined with EA's already proven technology.

And since they are ONLY working on next-gen they are definitely getting more experience on that platform than 2K can.

Proven technology? There a working EA Sports basketball game from the last four years with the stuff they're using now we don't know about?

Seriously what is with this delusion that somehow Live has the edge on next generation over 2k, where is your source within EA and 2k. Some of you have to get it through your heads that Live has not had the edge on 2k for 7 years and while 2k has been refining their gameplay and learning from current gen Live has not been seen since 2010-2011. Both companies released trailers, 2k at E3 months ago and Live recently and still the 2k game trailer showed me alot more evolution from current gen to next, Live still has that out of proportion shinny bodies they always have, yes dribbling looked good, and they like to remind us how much they work on dribbling, but there is more to basketball than dribbling EA has alot to prove and that 50 Second spliced trailer did help those of the Fence.

Yeah I don't get that logic at all thinking that 2k is behind in the next gen tech. I'm betting 2k will have more gameplay footage of next gen compared to EA.

I was PRETTY clear on what I meant and you posting 2 out of maybe 120 names, even if they are very influential names, doesn't dilute my point. Basically you're saying that Bill Belicheat can take the Oakland Raiders to the Super Bowl. Sean O'Brien might be solid, but he's not a designer, artists, engineer, or anywhere near the trenches where the game is brought home. And did you forget that they had NO team there for a year? Where do you think most of that staff came from? A witch's cauldron? But believe what you want. My point stands.

Proven where exactly? No one knows exactly what Ignite is! You're feeding into nothing but hype. The tech in Madden and FIFA is good, but buggy as all hell. But no one knows how that will translate to a basketball game. And making the assumption that VC isn't figuring out the gen8 consoles as fast as any other developer is ignorant. BTW, did you forget that Tiburon lost a few VERY experienced and good engineers a couple of years ago?

Re: NBA Live 14 Trailer - First Look (Screen Captures Included)

My opinion alot of people saying live is back due to the 7 sec clip and the graphics and i really would never ever say live is back due to they past. Same happen with nba live 10 everyone hyped up saying it was back and everything as soon as the game dropped it was a complete fail. Yes live is next-gen and all but i still have a strong feeling its going to be robotic and janky stiff body box movements with the arcade feel and my advice just dont say live is back untill you played the demo
