Lebron has turned into a good mid range shooter and is taking smarter shots . He didn't shoot 40 % from the 3 on luck . He improved his overall shot selection. He's a way better shooter than when he came into the league .

His midrange percentages were near what Stephen Curry's were this past year. All things aren't equal but thats some damn fine company to be in.

Lebron is a good shooter. Because he gets open looks, plus he has a high arcing jump shot thats hard to block. When you either let him size you up, or give him an open look he will drain it on you. But make him shoot off the dribble, catch and shoot, or have to create his own shot, and 9 times out of 10 he will miss.
