True, hopefully it will be more clear soon as we get more gameplay.

Meant to ask about this

How was the contact in the paint from different players ? like did it feel right ?

I'm very happy about the contact finally being there but I'm a lil scared it could be kind of a problem as well (can't believe I just said that).

For example, I would hate to be on a break with Le'bron or Blake Griffin and there's lil ol steve nash right there in the paint but instead of me overpowering him I just get an animation because of the new contact system. I hope its done properly and there's not just a lot of bumping in the paint with just any lil guard.

But hey after playing 2k13 and the LACK OF CONTACT I'll take it even if it is that way but hopefully its balanced

I feel ya, contact felt good never once did that annoying shoulder dip animation play out. Collisions look good, a few of them still look off to me but nothing during play only post play. Such as a guy going down in a crowd, it just looks awkward still imo.

this was a great read.. one question burning me is.. will the pump fake-shot fake control is the same? far too many inadvertant shot attempts and ball glued to your hands pass attempt (especially in online modes).. needs to be switched back or to a 'hold both bumpers/triggers/in on the stick' execution.

hmmm can't say I particularly ever had this issue because I always used the button for fakes and the stick for actual shots. Sorry I couldn't be of more help because everything seemed the same as far as fake/shot scenarios since I approached it my usual way. If by chance I talk with LD2K again soon, that will be one of the first things I ask him and I'll PM you bro.
