We don't know the PC price ATM (at least I couldn't find it on Steam), they might charge a bit more, but from what I seen on PC features on their facebook post it will be a striped down version (less gamemodes).

Amazon and Gamestop have it at 30.

I think it means that it will have the gameplay stuff from the current gen but it wont have the next gen gameplay stuff. I wouldn't expect a substantial difference but just some tweaks
