NBA 2K14 Features Crew Mode - 3-on-3 or 5-on-5

Well, "we" is "you" and the majority of "we" is happy for the gameplay mechanics being improved. A majority of "we" buy for NBA, but we see some of those who don't get it for the NBA, just the modes. Note that the focus is strict gameplay and accuracy of the NBA, so if crew is watered down, its cause it wasn't the main focus cause it was clearly made by a lot of users here about gameplay, with crew guys being a second thought.

You still don't know what 5v5 is like, its just assumptions at this point.

We should all just calm down and wait until 2k releases some information about 5v5 Crew. The game doesn't come out until October so we still have more time for information.

this wait till october stuff is for the birds. they wouldn't have showed us that crew vid if that wasn't what going in the game. why show an early model, and damage sales, if they knew a better one was coming? 5 on 5 will be full court blacktop, and it'll disappoint us. you can either be disappointed now(and be less disappointed by october 1st), or be more disappointed then. our only hope for a good crew is next gen.

Cause it was the build used for the community team up guys and there's a strong possibility that they would save the better build for the demo?

You're still making the assumption of 5 v 5 in a Blacktop situation. We all know KSpade gave ideas to the devs so...

dude it was 2 weeks ago. spade is giving ideas now. how much can they do in a month? they don't wanna do too much with the mode because they want us to get it on next gen. out of respect for ld2k's wishes in the other thread though, i won't say anymore about that.

Go crazy. Don't underestimate how crazy humans can go... KSpade gave ideas once he started to go back in a E-Mail.

Stuff is still coming next week, and who knows when the game ships out.

Ld2k said the game overall would be different experiences.

Kspade has been in touch since last year's event where he gave ideas.

He is giving feedback to our dev's since the event. Year to year the guys who were here last year had a lot "crossed off the checklist" when they came back with questions. It was great to see.

Don't mistake ideas for feedback. We get ideas into the dev's hands all the time - everything is read and considered. NBA 2K14 truly is shaped by the fans, more on that later.
