Of course not, although I think you wish I was. Mens gymnastic team doesn't generate a lot money either.

Socialism: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods

Title IX

You decide.

How much will it cost to license every single one of those players though? Are you ready to pay up to 30% or more on your tickets and merchandise? We're not living in a vacuum here; the costs are always passed on to the consumer, and when the price point is broken there is no profitable reason to make the game.

In relation to this news: I wonder how long it will be before teams start pulling out of this. I remember when the NCAA pulled out that there was chatter about how it was going to help the game because now EA didn't have to go by their rules. It's looking a lot more empty at EA now, and when the individual teams start pulling out, it's going to mean the end.

ncaa98 you may be to young to remember, but back in my day, we had a thing called board games and you actually faced your opponent in person and we survived and you too will survive without a ncaa video football game. the old timers here will instruct you in the way of "electric football"

Equal rights do not fall under socialism exclusively. That's where your problem is.

Wow, I think you misunderstood where I was going here. Not at all. But do I think it is wrong to cut a male sport just to make it "equal"? Certainly. As long as football is around, it will never be equal and fair at the same time. I work in college athletics so I have a bit of knowledge of where I am going with this argument. Doesn't mean I'm the smartest on the subject, but I'm not some guy off the street with an opinion that has no credibility....
