Quit it with the Title IX stuff.
That's called Socialism my friend and it does exist in this world. You should move to a socialistic country and tell me how you like it then.

The truth about the matter is it no longer serves the purpose it was intended for. I am all for equality, but cutting male track and field to get the correct ratio of male to female athletes at a school so that you are in compliance with Title IX is a problem. If people don't see this, we aren't on the same page obviously.

So you'd rather have them cut the women's swim/gymastics/track and field teams so they can pay football players so you can have your football video game? Give me a break. You're making yourself look bad and extremely sexist. Just take a time out.

question: are you blaming women for the demise of the video football game genre?

Look, if you're going to make an argument, figure out what socialism actually is. I guarantee you that it is not what you think it is.

And guess what....for everyone that is so against paying college athletes....if we were doing that we would have a game to play next year with 0 questions.

I must say, it is quite funny that I have yet to meet/hear of a division 1 athlete, current or former, that feels they did not deserve further compensation than what they received. Just sayin.....
