Re: NBA 2K14 Community Team-Up Recommendations

I forgot, would like to ask whoever goes to ask if they improved the online leaderboards, & kind of OT but it would be nice to see the other players Win/Loss & DNF while picking teams online... For comp reasons. Game gets boring when your up by 20 in 1st qtr,lol

#1 - So you mean that after 2K implemented a large portion of the new CBA into 2K13, they wouldn't or couldn't be able to add the remaining elements such as the amnesty provision? If that's the case then why implement the new CBA into their game if they aren't going to implement the new salary cap changes. That only subtracts from the realism of the their product now.

#2 - Why keep these coaches on the game disk then? I'm quite sure that the coaches association hasn't had a problem with them being kept on the disk for the past 2-3 years or however long its been so why not again ADD an element that will bring the realism of the product out more?

#6 - They implemented "clear path fouls" in 2K13, and with a kinnect this year saying the wrong words during an online game would warrent a technical foul, so again why would you not ADD this element to your product to make the realism stand out more?

#8 - I can understand from a contract status with players if 2K has to hide those are not currently in the league, but it was well known that 2K had certain players on the game disk for 2K13 that remained hidden throughout the entire season despite that player being on a team roster for the entire season (example - Julyan Stone, on the game disk, but hidden, but was on the Nuggets roster the whole season). I can understand players with non guaranteed contracts and everything, but if you are going to promote your product by saying you have the most realistic rosters, then don't continue to hide players that are clearly on the game disk and clearly on an NBA team roster. The fact that Julyan Stone was hidden the whole year and Patrick Beverly wasn't even on the game disk and they created a CAP and put on the official rosters was a slap in the face.

#9 - I wouldn't expect them be able to implement this but just like Madden, it gives the whole Association mode another element (a positive addition to the mode).

Please don't invite mrcheeserboards . You guys don't listen, the only objective of team up is to play the game early and report back, not ask questions about crew, association and whatever else. They didn't get answers last year and you won't get them this year. Jersez, JerseyReign and JasonWillams55 ftw.

Actually I want a couple of huge cheesers there. I want them to completely destroy all the devs and sim guys and thoroughly and if necessary, embarrasingly expose the gameplay flaws well before release.

1st order of business, paint cheese with Lebron.

2nd order of business, off balance 3 point spam with Ray Allen.

Best choice would be someone who's a sim player but is also excellent at cheesing. If all the guys who go are sim-only, the testing will be trapped in groupthink with unspoken gentleman's rules on how to not fully evaluate the game.

What they need to do is lock a couple of skilled sim guys with a couple of skilled cheesers along with the gameplay devs. No one leaves the room until the sim player can reliably beat the cheeser.

Wow, this is a brilliant concept.
Imagine Chris Smoove or another sim dude getting frustrated at the cheese that ensues.
LOL...
