On my PS3, when I try to download it, a message pops up that says "this item is currently unavailable to download" ... Any other ps3 users experiencing this?

That normally means you did it twice.. Exit out of the game and go view your downloads and see if its in there...

Thanks....I don't see it anywhere in my downloads either. Weird

Quick update for those that may have not seen:

Due to Xbox LIVE service interruptions, some users may experience issues downloading the NCAA 14 Uniform Pack DLC. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

I noticed Xbox Live losing connection after I tried to download the uniform pack. As of now, the pack doesn't show up on my drive and Live is working smoothly again. For a moment, I thought it was a game install issue. I had just installed the game to console and that's when I started getting really long load times. Glad to see it's just a DLC issue. As of now, the uniform pack is not available for download.
