It's possible, but IMO win or lose after being exposed to this current lawsuit I doubt that EA will put themselves in a position of vulnerability again.....we'll have a lot of roster work to do with future releases.

They are involved now and aren't getting sued. So no. They have nothing to do with the players. Only the rights to the Universities logos and stuff.

The CLC isn't the governing body that prevents athletes from being paid, the NCAA is, thus why they are being sued.

I'll chalk this up as a win in my fantasy land... because now I can pretend that EA will bring back things such as taunting, and celebrating... and maybe even suspensions.
