All the reactions from the demo are coming back very positive...very good news. now lets make this the best ncaa to date witb a patch fixing all the equipment issues!

Just played my first game on the demo, if they can find a way to address the revo speed facemasks then this will be the best ncaa on the ps3. the gameplay is hands down the best its been, much more accurate play book options for spread offense, lineman blocking correct for the most part, and a more realistic feel to player movement.

My ONLY gripe with the game would be the equipment, please for the love of god EA patch the helmets / facemasks!

2 bar revo speed
rb robot revo speed (tyrann mathieu facemask)
big grill revo speed

the revo speed 360 helmet
-three total facemasks are made for this helmet.
the skill facemask
the 3 bar facemask
the fullcage facemask

the xenith helmet.

the adidas visor is final thing!

I made a twitter just to ask them and got a response from a producer. I appreciated the fact that he even responded, but it also ticked me off lol.

@jasonfrench: @CyHawk13 With game dev you have to make tough decisions. Focus this year for uniforms was: getting them as correct as possible & gloves.

honestly my impression is that the gameplay / uniforms are solid for the most part and i hope patch #1 is to address the helmets / facemasks.

I think it's fair to assume they now know this is an issue for a large portion of us.

If they fix it, great, if not, oh well. I must say though, at least on my PS3 the colors seem to pop on the demo. I felt that 13 was dark and drab, the demo is much more visually appealing.

I've tweeted all of the usual suspects a few times myself (politely, I might add). No sense in beating a dead horse. Just keep your fingers crossed and if you do buy the game, enjoy it for what it is and not what it isn't.

so guys a on a few websites= large portion of ncaa buyers?

I dont think thats the case..I dont think the average NCAA gamer is complaining about a facemask or even knows which one is missing. You really think that 12 year old that is having his parents buy the game knows about a revo 2 or whatever it is facemask?

hell im 25 and I didnt know about it till I started posting here. My dad is in his 40s and he plays the game & he doesnt know or care about a facemask.

i think uniform complainers are a small minority imho
