Yeah its a work in progress, and the player moverments and interactions look absolutely horrendous. EA needs to look at maddent 05 and NFL 2k5 and take notes. There trying to do way to much instead of just mastering the basic fluidity of the game.

Trust me every single person on here would LOVE to see Madden succeed because that would mean it's a great game again. Madden hasn't been great since Madden 2005. Madden 12 and Madden 13 took a step in the right direction, but based on what we have seen they just aren't there yet. Now that's not to say they can never get there because they really could. As of now though at best they have put out a solid game these past 2 years, but not a great one. The fear a lot of people have is that we will again suffer another 8+ years of at best mediocre football gaming. I think we have waited long enough for something to be great. I don't think Madden 25 on the next gen will be the next great Madden, however next year's Madden on the next gen consoles I believe has a good chance at becoming great again. I believe the foundation is almost laid down and we can finally start building the house. Once that happens we can finally live happy and comfortably.

The next year the game went to the current gen and it all fell part. Create-a-play is one of those features that ads massive re-play value to the game. Hours and hours of designing and practicing your plays. I mean literally days go by without playing a single in-game down while you tinker with it. Like online franchise, I think it's a must-have feature. Give it back and I'll shut up. Happily.

Thank you!! I thought i was the only one that miss creating your own plays.. I'd spend more time creating plays than actually playing the game! It was the best part of the game to me..They really need to bring it back...
