What worries me is that there will be no cap for the amount of skills your coach can have. What happens in year, say, 15 of you r dynasty when you have obtained all of the skills? The same for all other coaches. The skills will mean nothing if one way or another every coach will have all of the skills just because of all the time you put into your dynasty.

To me it depends on how slow the slow and/or slowest settings work. If I can put it on slowest and have it take 20+ years of even great success to reach the last level, I am ok with this. That's why I'm very encouraged that there will be 5 settings (I assume) for progression instead of 3 (which is what I originally thought it would be).

I also really like that you can disable skill respeccing. This means, when paired with the slow progression settings, you will have to decide which path you want to take as a HC (recruiting, game manager, balanced) for much of your career. I am not a huge fan of being able to switch back and forth on a whim year after year, so this is how I would prefer to play.

I did not know about the progression level setting in terms of how slow or fast you gain levels. Where did you read that? I also did not read where you can disable reallocating your skills every year which I like if true. Probably my favorite thing is being able to reallocate your coordinator's skills since you can't hire your own. I can finally tailor my coordinator's skills to my philosophy. All of these dynasty changes are giving me hope.

So you can't confirm any of that stuff, just your speculation.

Read your initial post that I responded to. Then look either up or down. Then lighten up a little, I was just making a joke that I thought you might get, but apparently didn't.
