It would also be great if the CPU's use of the skills gave computer coaches a better shot of hanging around longer in the coaching carousel. Through the many dynasties I've played through it seems like a handful of coaches from the lower teams in the power conferences (Jerry Kill, for example) lose a job and never recover. Would be exciting to see a HC who lost a job at a major school redeem himself at a lower level and return to the coaching elite as the dynasty plays out.
I hope this makes it much harder for the human and cpu to build non-bcs schools to championship material....always bugs me when I have about 4 or 5 non bcs schools in the top 15, one or two is great, but when they take up that many spots, it kills realism

I agree with that, It's fun to have a few winning seasons with a team like Florida Atlantic or Arkansas State and use it as a stepping stone to a better gig, but to have teams from the Sun Belt or MAC consistently high in the polls kills it a little, especially if it is early on in the dynasty. Over time it's great to see a team rise like Boise state did, but it's a rare occurrence in real life and should be in the game as well.

Yep, a team like Northern Ill or Utah and TCU (when they were non bcs) would have a really good season or two with 10 + wins and make BCS or come close, but then would dip for a couple of years and win 7-8 games when the upperclassmen left and had to build back up. Even Boise is going through that now.

I'm not a big fan of the arcade "boosts" to on-field performance but I like the recruiting-based upgrades for the most part. The concept of leveling up and progression has the potential to really be great. In a sense, it adds an RPG element to coaching and running a dynasty. I love dynasty mode in college football, I love RTTS in MLB The Show, and I love RPG games -- I'm pretty excited to give this a try.

As long as it isn't over powered I liked the small boosts like awareness and coach able skills...some coaches are better big game coaches...look at Saban vs Stoops.

I like the idea of boosts during time outs, but that is about it

If nothing else these additions will breathe some new life into Dynasty Mode, so I'm thankful for that.
