"Be forewarned though, the CPU coaches in your Dynasty will also be developing their skills, and they’ll change their tactics every time you start up a new Dynasty."

Will we be able to view CPU coach skills?

I'm almost positive that you can

It would be better if we couldn't.

Wow! Great feature. I am really happy to see this added nuance to the game. Very promising.

I would hope that these aren't too powerful of upgrades. I'd like it if I had one or more of these maxed out that playing as a smaller school like Western Michigan it'd give me a fighting chance against some bigger teams like Northwestern or Iowa, but I'd still have to play perfectly and have a slight bit of luck to beat an Oregon or Alabama.

Yeah, too powerful is what worries me...think how awful these could be against the computer on Heisman where the AI already seems to know exactly what play you're going to run

Why?

Do coaches not know the skills of other coaches? Does Jimbo Fisher not know the skills of Nick Saban?

I'm thoroughly excited about this one from what I've seen thus far, I'm strictly an offline dynasty player and I always like starting as an OC or DC at a small school and work my way up to HC at a major program. The skills seem like they could add some realism to that style of play if implemented correctly. It would also be great if the CPU's use of the skills gave computer coaches a better shot of hanging around longer in the coaching carousel. Through the many dynasties I've played through it seems like a handful of coaches from the lower teams in the power conferences (Jerry Kill, for example) lose a job and never recover. Would be exciting to see a HC who lost a job at a major school redeem himself at a lower level and return to the coaching elite as the dynasty plays out.
