Damn was really hoping fr coaching carousel improvements.

Glad they got coach skills in just wish EA would go away from the term "RPG elements"

I'm actually really enjoying playing a Dynasty as a OC this year due to Coach Skills. I know everyone doesn't like to start from the very bottom like that, but it's really quite fun and really invests you into your coach/coordinators.

Just to clarify, the Power Recruiting doesn't take away depth, it just makes it less time consuming.

It's all about immersion. If you want to just play football they added a season mode.
