BCS Will Continue as the Postseason Format For All Years of Dynasty in NCAA Football

Here is the biggest issue , give me a reason why dynasty players like myself should buy this game and not wait for next year? I understand we are becoming the minority in sports gaming but I really can't see why you would buy this game if you have 12 or 13 already??

The playoff is a big freakin deal in college football you are literally changing the whole system as we know it....Those that are comparing it to baseball and the show adding another playoff team are being real flip about it, college football as we know it , changes next year

NCAA football 14 dynasty play has basically become unrealistic and useless after this news ....you literally can play just one year of dynasty unless you were a big lover of the bcs ... Again why buy if you are a dynasty player??? Just wait till next year IMHO

It was more muted in there then it was in here, but there was definitely some disappointment over it. Plus IIRC there were several new threads made about it from disgruntled gamers that got locked.

More of the disappointment came in the fact that the other game did have it, I think...

And I think the format was still a playoff regardless of how many teams baseball added to a playoff system...so you could excuse the show and still get a playoff like system when playing franchise

For college football it's a completely different system that will be used after year one of your dynasty, you actually have a post season to determine a champion... Hence more of the outrage for ea college football

Seriously though, I can't believe you people are complaining so much about this. I was 95% sure it wasn't going to be in the game, it's 2013 not 2014, the playoffs don't officially exist yet. Plus, everyone knows that if EA DID put it in the game, and it turned out to be wrong, ALL of you people complaining right now would be rioting ten times worse.

All of you people just set yourself up for failure with this one, and to all the people claiming about being "robbed" by EA, you weren't robbed you GAVE them your money. No one put a gun to your head.

I seem to be SMDH at the people on forums more often recently.

What boggles my mind is, people are so up in arms about them not adding a fake playoff system this year because they had one "15 years ago" ..

Now if the NCAA hadn't yet announced there new playoff system, these same people wouldn't be complaining about not having a fake one in the game.

Last year we didn't see these complaints, or the year before that, or the one before that. I really really really really dislike this game but, some of you are complaining just to complain.

If you think not having a fake playoff system will ruin your dynasty, don't buy the game. I'm not buying because it's not a very good game overall, but a fake playoff system not being in surely wouldn't hinder my decision.

I'm looking forward to the "No playoffs, No peace!" thread. Seriously though I didn't expect it in givin EAs track record, but it definitely would have been a welcomed surprise. And I agree with malky it completely takes the air out of playing dynasty past year 1. It's not the best solution, but i"m thinking every year have a little play now 4 team tourney to at least decide a champ in my own head

Edit: nevermind I forgot we can't export teams so that wont work either. yup EA dropped the ball here
