Re: Breaking Down NCAA 14 Game Play Blog

interesting tgt link.

Expected, but disappointing there are so many 'same as before/not changed' answers about the game play, especially about defense and line interactions. Guess it will be another year of ignoring DEs and beasting with 75 rated DTs going up against All American guards and centers

Re: Breaking Down NCAA 14 Game Play Blog

After reading that TGT Q&A thread, NCAA 14 is starting to sound more like NCAA 13.5

No new ratings.......

No new sliders.......

Still bad CPU play calling......

Option game still not good.......

OL/DL interaction the same from last year......

CPU QB still way too accurate.....

Nothing new on the defensive side of the ball other then breakdown mechanic which is automatic.....

Oh well, my expectations were very low to begin with and didn't expect anything other then IE 2.0. Guess I will just wait to see what they can tune up before retail.

I have to agree with this, I wasn't planning on getting a football game for these current consoles this year anyway but that info is making it even less of a chance of an impulse buy. I think all the player movement and fatigue stuff is great but there seems to be too many holes to plug this console gen.

Nothing to do now but watch the rest of the news unfold for EA football games on these consoles and HOPE there is somehow a release of an EA football game on the new consoles.

Late game AI and they just recently found a bug.

Really? Madden had this bug last year.

Don't these people talk to one another? (meant they work in the same building)

Where was this? This was all confirmed to be not fixed this year? I'm seriously curious.

No... the o-line/d-line interaction is essentially the same as was in NCAA13.

Thats about how I feel. After seeing that Im close to just tuning everythng else out. Too many years of that Horse Crap representation of what should be one of the deepest parts of the game, has worn me out.

Bet there are no in-game saves and custom cams too
