Saw an article posted from GI over on the NCAA side.

This was my big take.

Offensive linemen now try to prioritize defenders better as well as execute different blocking schemes like double teams and zone blocks.

Let's see this in action.

Sounds like they are still trying to squeeze juice of a dried orange. Line play needs to be completely over hauled, not more adjustments.

I'm interested in someone at EA explaining how they mo-capture running animations. No player in college or the NFL runs the way they currently have it. Players hold the ball like a loaf of bread and run hunched over. The running animations overall are not natural looking. I'll be the first to give props when and if I see it done correctly.

However they do it, I'm with Smoke. The visual aid needs to either be turn offable or trigger reliant.
Yeah, my point was FIFA has this type fatigue system and it's not shown on the field of play. Of course this is Madden not FIFA but I hope since it's likely based on the same tech, it's implemented similarly as well. When they introduced DPP in M12, they made a point not to include any on field indicators, so hopefully the same applies to this. I would imagine it shows when panning out and in the playcall screen or maybe even in the cursor of User controlled players, like it is in NBA2k13.

Spoiler

Could be, not sure I agree though after this interview.

From another interview with Fl. State's QB from last year, EJ Manuel.

Another new feature is the overhauled line play. Manuel said the man and zone blocking schemes were eerily familiar to what he was used to at Florida State as, "they are exactly what they are implementing here in the game (NCAA 14)."

"If you run the zone with a running back, those guys (offensive linemen) are trying to get their heads across the defensive ends or defensive tackles and that's what they really do in real life. I think that adds a whole new dimension for the running backs to find a real hole. He has to be patient and just can't run up behind a guy or he's going to get tackled," Manuel said of the line play.

Another visual addition to the gameplay will be the different looking line play up front.

"The line play is a lot more violent. These guys aren't just standing there like before. I think they call it the waltz around here? These guys are really hitting each other up front, it looks better."

They said in NCAA they were working on abunch of things in the gameplay department now lets see if it translate, I was just talking about the running back movement yesterday and how I wished they would run like they would in real life like B.Sanders so lets see if they include that in as well or if they will all still have new animations but all run the same way?

One of the few things I dislike about NBA 2K.

I know this is only a screenshot, but NCAA also released info & a vid today. Is this earlier than usual? If so, I wonder why. Are they ahead of schedule? More confident?

Actually, I think it's about the same time as last year, 1st week of April.
