Dude it's not that hard he has told u how to do it. At the main screen, go to the right once, you should see "Vaults" 4 down from the top, click it, then click "Roster Vault", then "Browse Roster", then go to the "%" section, click square, and the "O.S.F.M2013" is what you wanna download.

I'm confused. You have The Show right? Start it up. Skip through all the cutscenes, then you'll see McCutcheon. Push the "Start" Button. Then click to the Right Once. Then push "down" 3 times to get to "Vaults". Then hit "X" Then push "down" once to go to "Roster Vault" click "X" again. Click "down" once again to get to "Browse Rosters", and click "X" once again.

Now you'll see the list of rosters. Make sure you're in the first column, with "%" over it, and click the "square button" twice, so it sorts the highest rated at the top. The "O.S.F.M2013" roster will be at the very top. Click "X", then push "down" once to download them, and voila.

Then go back to the Main Menu, push "right" 3 times, go down to "load", click "X" then load the Rosters.

Re: Operation Sports Full Minors 2013: Edition v.1

This is my first year with The Show. Love the rosters.

Just one quick question. Aren't the prospect ratings supposed to be according to how far away they are from their peak? If that's the case how do Byron Buxton and Miguel Sano (both a LONG way away) end up with ratings in the low to mid 70s?

I don't want it to come off as me complaining. I'm far from it. I can go in and just change it myself. Just curious about the consistency of the ratings is all.
